A variant of the genus Digitalis of the Plantain family Digitalis. The rose pink flowers come in spikes in order from the bottom. The unusual way of blooming, which blooms in order from the bottom and withers in order from the bottom, is interesting. It is strong against the cold and overwinters with leaves attached, but it is weak against the heat, and by the time the cicadas sing, it all withers.
